This is more like a retirement complex. You are not allowed to even have motorcycles or bicycles or even skateboards here. They love to give you towing stickers on the side of your windows, and tell you right after if you don't hurry up and move did you watch your vehicle. There's hardly any parking here and you always have to park very far away if you're a guest. The parking lots love the flood here also so wear something over your shoes or wear waterproof boots. The administrador is very disrespestful with the potencial residents. I can't imagine how she does treat current residents. She didn't awoll us to participate in the new resident orientation due we brought our kids with us to the meeting. It's not written anywhere in the documents nor in the announcement for the orientation. She shouted the door in front of our faces, yield and moaked us. She is a mess! Run away from that place!
