Clean and Quiet Location. My Friend Linda Invited Us For A Week Stay With Her. We Enjoyed The Springs and Nature Trails and Just The Environment Is So Calming and Relaxing. Perfect Place for a Get Away.
Awful place they find any reason to fine and ticket you out stickers on car nasty attitudes don’t move here
Have lived here since 2013. Own home not a renter. Never had a warning about anything. Was told years ago you can have plants in pots only. After being 9 weeks rehab for broken femur. Now using walker. Cannot go outside yet with help. Been home 2 weeks and looked outside for Amazon delivery and all plants gone. Without notice. No warning or anything. Fl law says HOA must notify resident of any changes etc. Also was told info was on my Facebook. I am not following them on Facebook. What if another resident doesn't have Facebo... read more
This is more like a retirement complex. You are not allowed to even have motorcycles or bicycles or even skateboards here. They love to give you towing stickers on the side of your windows, and tell you right after if you don't hurry up and move did you watch your vehicle. There's hardly any parking here and you always have to park very far away if you're a guest. The parking lots love the flood here also so wear something over your shoes or wear waterproof boots.
