Worst experience ever. A lot of issues as soon as we moved in. So many to list it here but a lot happened in the very first week. The apartment wasn't ready after we waited for months because they changed us the move in date several times, I should've taken that as a red flag. When we got to the apartment it was filthy. Maintenance came yesterday and worked for hours while we was already in the apartment surrounded with our moving boxes. I had to move my things from one place to the other while they fix things in every room.... read more
At first this place was great. Their staff is polite, they’re usually on top of maintainence, we had lovely neighbors. But when we left they charged an insanely high reletting fee when we asked to extend the lease one month more during COVID and we had no idea until they billed us after we left. Read and remember the “fine print” people. I don’t know why they’re advertising renewal specials... They charged a huge amount despite us losing thousands getting robbed TWICE while we lived there. Recommendedi'm a new move in but we really like it here. it's quite, has a nice dog park, gym, the floor plans are spacious, love all the closets and storage and we have a view of the pond.
