I moved in this week to Edgewater, and I could not be happier. Sophie, Caitlin, James, and the leasing team went above and beyond in helping getting me settled in for my stay here, in short order. I am thankful for their efforts, and I would HIGHLY recommend this upscale community if life takes you to Philadelphia. First class all the way!
I wish I could say I had a great experience, but unfortunately I didn’t. My fiancé and I lived at Edgewater for a year and had multiple bad experiences. Starting with a water damage on our ceiling caused by a fire in the unit on top of ours… that happened within a month of moving in. I signed my lease at Edgewater with full intent and excitement to live here. I was the first tenant in a brand new unit and was drawn in by the two months free and the promise of “luxury living.” Unfortunately, what I experienced was the exact opposite.
