I love living here! It is a nice complex, tucked away by the SRT. The buildings, and amenities are kept clean. Maintenance requests are easy and addressed in a timely manner.
I love my new apartment at Edgewater II. The location is absolutely perfect. I feel close enough to center city without feeling overwhelmed by it, and the river trail is right next to my apartment. The apartments are soundproof. My neighbors have a dog and watch TV against a wall I share with them, and I cannot hear a thing. The building is well maintained, safe, and full of friendly people. I have to give the biggest of shout-outs to Carlo in maintenance, who has fixed several issues I had due to my moving into a new apartm... read more
The place is very chill. Everyone is helpful with can do attitude . Maintenance response is outstanding. Diverse and friendly renters. One sore point is the security and maintenance of the parking garage
