I know this building is owned by Greystar, but honestly, it was a really good experience. I lived there for a year and recently moved out, but don't have many complaints about living here. Firstly, the people who work at the leasing office are great. Specifically, Caitlin and James (never really interacted with anyone else, so sorry) are really awesome and helpful. Shout out to them. I recently stayed in the guest suite at Edgewater while visiting from out of town, and I had such a great experience! The property is absolutely beautiful and the team was incredibly welcoming. The location is amazing. Everything I needed or did was within a mile. The three-minute walk to the grocery store was super convenient. If I actually lived in Philly, I would love to live here. It’s a wonderful community and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Unsafe and poorly managed. I’ve had multiple safety issues living here. 1) My locked bike was stolen from the secured communal bike room after someone cut through my lock. 2) There are also frequent car break-ins in the parking garage. 3) There is a homeless encampment just steps from the building; I was confronted and yelled at by somebody living there. Renters deserve better protection and accountability.
I moved in this week to Edgewater, and I could not be happier. Sophie, Caitlin, James, and the leasing team went above and beyond in helping getting me settled in for my stay here, in short order. I am thankful for their efforts, and I would HIGHLY recommend this upscale community if life takes you to Philadelphia. First class all the way!
