Absolutely terrible management company. I’ve had ongoing maintenance requests for months and I can’t get anyone on the phone. Another property management company that literally doesn’t care about their tenants! My unit is unsafe and the front door is coming off the hinges but I can get it fixed!! I’m going to look into the legalities and what my options are from here but I hope this helps someone in the future.

Sebastian and Matias are very experienced and helpful. They are knowledgable, patient and timely with all my inquiries. They also speak Spanish, which I imagine can be helpful. I will definitely use them for future purchases and sales

Edgestone made buying a home easy. We were buying in a difficult competitive market with bidding wars. Edgestone made sure we got the house we wanted and helped guide us through mortgage process. They made a lengthy process seem easy. We are so happy in our home and couldn't have done without them. Highly recommend :)
