I have experienced significant issues with Edgestone Real Estate and property manager Jonathan Stofenmacher. Management relies on an 'inspect and delay' pattern regarding maintenance, consistently failing to address urgent life-safety issues and habitability concerns in a timely manner. They have also attempted to unilaterally alter lease-mandated services and lack basic professional follow-through. I cannot recommend their management services.

Absolutely terrible management company. I’ve had ongoing maintenance requests for months and I can’t get anyone on the phone. Another property management company that literally doesn’t care about their tenants! My unit is unsafe and the front door is coming off the hinges but I can get it fixed!! I’m going to look into the legalities and what my options are from here but I hope this helps someone in the future.
