Although the staff at this office is very sweet and comforting, the Dr does procedures without consent and taking advantage of insurance claims. When scheduling teenage appts for cleaning..make it clear that you want no extra add-ons that increase your bill or claim.
This place is too complacent. The customer service is less than mediocre. And honestly spending over 10 k in my mouth. I'd rather go elsewhere!!!!! I was told by a friend who spent 8k and he's not happy either!!! Dr marsh is a JOKE. I will pull my own tooth before I would go here. Him and Marcia Lewis should be in a practice together. Ps. Don't blast 80s music when someone who is paying you for dental issues .. makes there blood pressure rise.
