Roaches everywhere, worse than NYCHA. Embarrassing to bring guests even into the lobbyc huge dead roaches everywhere. People yelling at you from cameras as if you dont pay rent there, stay FAR AWAY.
Run! Worst living experience ever! Rodents invested, our first 6 months we killed over 6 mice disgusting. Roaches constantly enter the apartment even as cleaned as I maintained it. I Never will recommend it to anyone, being naïve and moving considering this apartment was in Jamaica Estates. Management was also terrible, they got rid of the doormen. Just an overall terrible experience!!!
