(I hope this is the right one lol) Was redirected in a call to speak to Roxana and she was the most helpful and sweetest person! She managed to help hasten getting an important MRI referral and an additional referral for my mother who I called on behalf of. I go to the closer branch for this clinic but I think I’d be in good hands if I traveled to this one as well.
I had a Motorcyle cycle accident last year and Dr. Carapiet has been nothing short of a miracle worker in my corner. When navigating complex bureaucratic systems , it seems like swimming upstream and fighting a losing battle. Dr. Carapiet made sure to cut through all that red tape. Got me back healthy and always made me feel important. The double location of a PCP/urgent care has made this a one stop shop for all my complex health issues. I would rate over 5 stars if I could. Honestly, the best I've had so far Manuk "Mike" Chulyan, who is very understanding and makes me feel comfortable rather than scared and nervous is great!. The nurses are awesome; I've never had an issue with them. The only sucky part is parking, but I'm glad I found an amazing primary doctor!
