What a dump! Animal waste, trash, dirty common areas.
While living at a house rented out by landmark I cant say it was the worst, they left me alone but the house was in terrible condition when we moved in. Yard over grown, walls scuffed and the white looked grey. Carpets you can tell weren't cleaned, and pink mold all over bathroom walls. We took care of the place best we could and cleaned it up a little. But dealing with them when we moved out was the worst part. Been with f**** up landmark for 4.5 years. Paid rent the same for 4.5 years. Apparently they fired patrick property manager that was snooping in tenants apartments without any notice. I coordinated with patrick for when I'm late on my rent. Patrick or Joyce never mutated my acct there for I am the one in fault and am not having my lease re newed. Landmark Reality is the most unprofessional, corrupt business in Bellingham....They will cheat and rob from you when ever they can. Never rent from them and make copies of everything. They are not trustworthy and never fix anything..
