I made an appointment for my daughter to see a doctor who is supposedly"amazing." after waiting 30 mins after the scheduled appointment time we were called back. never saw the dr. and they charged us$180.00 to have 2 warts removed, the process worked on 1 not the other. I canceled the return appointment and the receptionist was terribly rude, will not recommend or return.

Multiple employees at this office are not only rude and aggressive, but seem to only care about themselves. They do not care for others with differing opinions. If you want care and compassion, this is not the place.

Edgebrook Dermatology.....BE CAREFUL with these folks....they took my wife's payment for a Sclerotherapy Vein Injection treatment....BEFORE determining they could preform this service on her legs. She had had medical vein treatments done several years ago at Northern Illinois Vein Clinic. Edgebrook made her pay in full and BEFORE they checked on her previous treatments with Northern Illinois Vein Clinic to determine if Edgebrook's treatment was compatible with what Northern Illinois had done. I love the specials! This makes taking care of myself a little bit easier. The staff is very friendly and efficient
nurses do not return phone calls and it takes this office weeks to respond to refill requests....if you want to speak to a live person they will tell you no one is available and hang up on you... terrible office
