It's a small family run place. The food and service is excellent. The owner is has a great sense of humor. I noticed they put in some different herbs in there hash browns this morning. The food is the best. There are creative with what's on the menu. I've taken friends from out of town and everybody's loves this place. The coffee pancakes, omelettes, smoked sausage hash browns it's all good.
Great place! Wonderful food, warm people just wish it was three times the size.
The food is always good, but today it was exceptional. The Chiliquiles were perfect, just the right amount of spice in the verde and the lime and cilantro gave it the perfect taste. The steak taco, to die for. Also had a spinach, mushroom and Swiss cheese omelette that was so fresh and delicious. Love this place.
My absolute favorite place to eat breakfast. Awesome specials and friendly people. Freshest eggs and the most spectacular pancakes on the planet. Of course, you cannot forget the old fashioned made from scratch milk shakes. Definitely a special occasion treat to have a milk shake at breakfast, but life is too short not to enjoy the simple things.
Super creative menu...fantastic service...truly an Edgebrook treasure!
