Very quick and easy. pleasant experience.
So, I lost a filling at like 3 am, June 23, 2011. NICE! Anyway was not a filling previously done by Dr. Frank...was one of the hundreds of fillings done and redone by my one of my many "Marathon-Man dentists" I had in the past. I called and left a VM at 3:30 am -situation...LOL. So Marsha called on 06/24/2011 and gave me a 1:00 pm appointment. Every time I come for my cleanings, I am happy to report I leave with a smile of pearly whites and a great attitude. Everyone is pleasant, accommodating and professional. I especially appreciate the attention spent by Tundi. I'm more than happy bringing my children here as well. Thank You!
A trip to see Dr. Frank and the rest of the gang, is better then the Wild women of Wango movie. When the drill is used, they sing "I love the Drill" song. The old family tooth brush is another one of my favorits. My visit today was to replace an onlay, that I guess I lost. In one visit the tooth was preped for the replacement, the new device was made in the office by a computer robot type machine, that I got to watch, and bingo,bango, bongo,"Wongo" the new device was installed in my mouth. Dr. Frank and her staff are the BEST! Dr. Frank's staff is very friendly and efficient. I have been going to Dr. Frank for over 20 years. I was so happy for her when she opened her own office. I knew that Dr. Frank's idea of doctor/patient relationship, her ideals of how an office should be run, from answering phones, office response to phone calls, medical plan and treatment were only able to come to fluition on her own. Sauganash Center for Dental Health provides great care in a friendly, relaxing environment. It's really not like going to the dentist at all. It is more like relaxing in comfy chair and chatting with a friend who just happens to be scrapping or drilling your teeth. They do everything possible to put you at ease while taking serious care of your teeth and gums. You always get a "goodie bag" on your way out.
