Had family dinner at The Capital Grille over the weekend… yes, it's the holidays and they're all here! My second time at The Capital Grille and it was just as good as the first a few months ago. Menu has a great variety to please all. Attentive service. Would recommend this place without reservation for any special gathering (a little pricey for casual dinner tbh). We all had a great time, excecpt for my brother who swore that most restaurants still use soybean cooking oil here. A big no no in London, where he lives. Oh well... read more

Enjoyed my visit yesterday. Attentive and professional service, although a little slow at times. Food was excellent and presentation great as expected at Edge. Server knowledgeable about the menu, but could not answer the question on the type of cooking oil used. A little strange for an up market place – should know the answer.

We had their cheddar and chorizo croquetas, TOSTONES, & ceviche as appetizer, then we had the churrasco- I love it charred and they delivered- with asparagus, fries and Caesar salad. The churrasco comes with a side of arugula. It was very delicious with the side of chimichurri. As far as the desserts we had the 3 for $12 and they were ok but nothing out of this world like the churrasco. Went for brunch and had an amazing time! The food was fantastic and plenty of it--a great selection of dishes which included stone crabs, oysters, jumbo shrimp, steaks, roast pork and many great salads and sides. Would surely go again!

Edge is a place that we go too frequently because of their great food, great staff and great ambience. It has always been a wonderful place to have lunch, dinner or just drinks. This last time I had the beet salad and the corn ravioli. Both were great. I will continue to go back. Chef Aaron Brooks is creative and knowledgeable.
