This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star; let alone should be permanently closed down. They have the worst customer service and do not treat patients with any empathy and care. The older lady that’s at the front desk is the nastiest, rudest person I’ve ever encountered in healthcare. Their job is to help patients and all they care about are their paychecks. They act like you’re bothering them when you need them to do their job. On top of that, your appointment will never start on time .. you will end up being there for 2+ hour... read more

If I could give this place no stars I would they had me wait for two hours to be called and the another 40min to be seen all for a referral and no one was there but me

Yes, you may have to wait a bit depending on how busy it is at the clinic, but the Physicians are very exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable, hence the reason for them having lots of new and returning clients. I'd personally not feel comfortable with a medical clinic that is in practice for a few years and have very few patients would you? My Physician is always consulting with his tablet, checking my updated info from the day, and asking me questions relating to my diagnosis and making sure I'm doing what he had recom... read more
