Everyone at the facility is very professional and courteous as always. What I like about coping there is that they being all of the staff always give me sound advice on my dental care and ways to improve. One thing in particular, in my last visit they showed me a picture of my teeth up close to show me what "they see". I found that extremely helpful and it brought to my attention an area that I could improve upon. Very friendly staff! Everyone from the dental techs, the hygienist, to the dentist were very supportive and informative concerning the patients care! They let me know about the process and cost for my plan going forward. Will definitely be my dental office!
The team here is fantastic. Everyone is friendly, and it seams like they actually care. Absolutely worth the hour drive to get here.
I scheduled a routine cleaning at Edge Dental on Blue Diamond Rd. after my insurance changed. Despite clearly requesting a standard cleaning, I was told I “needed” a deep cleaning—an expensive procedure I’ve only had once, five years ago. When I declined and asked for a regular cleaning, the office refused. Their policy was deep cleaning or no cleaning at all—something about Standard of Care.
