I would stop by the management office multiple times per day and they are often not there. Whenever you need to talk to them, it is almost impossible to reach them. They don't answer the phone and they often do not respond to emails. Their payment portal and system does not work and they never fix it no matter how many times you ask. I would describe this property as not caring about the needs of tenants. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
As a grandparent, I recommend the Liberty Lofts. The apartments are modern, spacious and gated. They are close to the University, restaurants and grocery stores. Plus, the staff is fantastic!
Having family & friends reside on property and the surrounding community, I highly recommend Liberty Lofts. Great amenities and location.
A great place to live for a great price! It’s super close to TCU and is surrounded by restaurants that my roommates and I love!
