They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They seemed to be an expert in every type of braces. They fully explained the advantages and disadvantages of everything from metal braces to Invisalign. Not only did they have before-and-after pictures of smile makeovers lining the walls, but they made sure to show me pictures of cases that were similar to mine.
