First Asian female that came in was great. Then a second came in. She asked if I wanted 4 hands (two message therapists). I said no twice. Third time I gave in. Then constant talking. She then tried up selling high pressure style again. This was a very uncomfortable experience to say the least. I look forward to my monthly massage and facial. The services are a major stress reliever for me as a caregiver. Eden's Pathway provides an atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and energize. My goto place to unwind!!!
DO NOT EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I booked a massage for my wife with a discount I received under my name. It did not say that it was non-transferable with the discount offer I received or when the massage was booked (this is supposed to happen, like when you get an airline ticket, they inform you that it is non-transferrable). They did not tell my wife that she would not receive the discount prior to the massage... only after. I called to talk to the manager but poor business knowledge did not allow for her to understand... read more
