This place is nice and the lady Andrea is such a sweetheart. But the maintenance guy is a complete jerk and a know it all. We have been to the office multiple times about it and all he does is run my washer and says it's working fine. When you put clothes in it doesn't wash my clothes. He tells me he has been here 11 months and he knows everything about a washer. I just want a washer that actually washes my clothes. I pay my rent and its not coming out of his pocket to replace it.
I visit Leonard and Joan Romano at Eden's Edge apartments.... the are very nice and clean apts. The pool is a nice place to spend with them and the people that work here are very nice, especially John, Robbie, and Justin. Robert Marcus is very kind to the two of them and makes them feel safe.
The community it self is nice. I love the poolside view I was able to enjoy for the past few years. Yes crime was a little bit out of hand more than I expected last year but things have since died down. My only main complaint is management. They are very disrespectful. They are nice when they want to be but once you have lived there for a while and need to discuss business with one of them they are horrible people to talk to. Just dang right rude and disrespectful. The place is nice and comfortable very spacious very clean everything works maintenance is on time with helping you but this is always there for you minutes away from everything I'm very quiet and peaceful and for the price you can't beat it
Awesome place to live. I have read the comments and I am sorry you have had a bad experience. So, I will only talk about me then. I have had nothing but a great time here. I have met some nice people that live around me and the staff has been nice as well. I have never had to wait a long time for maintenance to get done. I treat people the way I want to be treated and I understand that the staff my be busy and I can wait or come back later. I don't mind.
