I’m still having issues with having my washer fixed and it’s been a week now. No one has communicated with me and the maintenance personnel started working on it yesterday apparently but got pulled away to do other tasks and I was told it would be fixed today. No one is in the office and it was supposed to open at 10am with a sign that says “be back at 12pm”. maintenance sucks here. took me 3 months to just get some small things done. i still have not had a/c in over 2 weeks always get scheldued on days thats gonna rain so they say they cant fix it. dont waste your time
They claim to be luxury apartments but are VERY far from it. They look nice online and the front of property is welcoming the units are poorly kept up, there’s water leakage in MULTIPLE units. Someone who worked for the property even said there was water leakage in their own apartment and were asked to keep hush hush about it. When we moved in there was mold in the dishwasher and I asked them to fix it and I was told to go pay my own money to buy bleach and fix it. Asinine!!!... Continue Reading
