Had a horrible color job! Color left in too long so had a burgundy scalp for the weekend! Burgundy??? Only asked for a touch of red for some dimension...now roots are burgundy and foils are gray-green

Marilyn, We received your message over the weekend about your scalp. This generally goes away within 2-3 days and is not a result of color being left on too long. When we called to explain this we were then made aware of your displeasure with the color of your foils. The foils were not the color you described when you left on Saturday.
