50 min wait time, when they wouldn't let me push my appointment back 15min. Didn't offer coffee, water, or an apology.

Have had my hair done for a ball and got it chopped and colored by Katelyn and she's amazing! Love the atmosphere and all of the other stylists I have met are sweet as can be, as well. :-).
