Service was ok, but tech was so determined and pushy about gel! No means NO! You ask and listen to the client! I know the difference between gel and regular polish.
4 stars for actual pedicure. Gentle, clean and like how they look and feel. However, only 1 star for customer care, honesty and integrity. I specifically asked if the pedicure I chose includes leg massage and was assured yes it does. The menu even indicates that specific pedicure does. After the nail tech was done, I reminded her that she had not done the leg massage. She actually tried to gaslight me that she had massaged my legs "a little bit". Which she had not.
