Me and my boyfriend came here. It was such a wonderful experience and the way they treated us was absolutely amazing. Our pedis came out amazing 10/10
Service was ok, but tech was so determined and pushy about gel! No means NO! You ask and listen to the client! I know the difference between gel and regular polish.
4 stars for actual pedicure. Gentle, clean and like how they look and feel. However, only 1 star for customer care, honesty and integrity. I specifically asked if the pedicure I chose includes leg massage and was assured yes it does. The menu even indicates that specific pedicure does. After the nail tech was done, I reminded her that she had not done the leg massage. She actually tried to gaslight me that she had massaged my legs "a little bit". Which she had not. Not one time did she even pretend to touch or massage my leg... read more
