Esther at Eden Motor was a dream to work with. Car sales are intimidating and confusing for people not in that industry (me) and she made the entire process of selling my car to her so simple and stress free. She gave me a great price on my car and even helped me understand how she reached that price. I will tell literally anyone who will listen to go to her for all of their automotive needs now.
Esther & the whole Eden Motors family made my car buying process so easy. I’m usually not the easiest customer to deal with but Esther was so patient & answered all my questions thoroughly. I’ve gotten all of my new cars here - from my Range Rover Sport, Porsche Cayenne, Kia Sorento. 궁금한점이 있어서 연락을 드렸는데 너무 불친절하네요. 차에대해서 잘 모르는 저를 바보취급하듯이 대답하며 처음부터 끝까지 짜증섞인 말투와 목소리로 대답을하는데 처음부터 끝까지 기분나쁘게 만드네요. 겨우 2분 통화했는데 2분 내내 혼나기만 한 기분이네요. 이렇게 싸자기 없는 전화통화는 처음이였습니다.
