RecommendedI’ve been living here for almost 2 years and never had a poor experience. They invest into the property so the buildings look good, regular updates are made, it’s close to everything, which is super convenient. Maintenance is super fast. I really Love my apartment and would recommend to anyone looking in the area to check it out :)
Worst place to consider to live in specially during winter, you think they have a system to remove snow think again, you might and you will shovel your way out. Car garage is flooded by water during winter and it's very old and smelly ones. Very old appliances. No regular changes for air filters I had to do them by myself. Very drafty windows you don't want that during winter. When you leave they will try there best to take your deposit away do not fail for the re rent agreement. Poor management and they took a portion of my deposit for "painting." Apparently you can't hang anything on the walls or they'll charge you for repairing it.
