Terrible management The management is terrible here and everything has been allowed to go into ruin, so unless you have very low standards for your living environment, don't even bother to check this place out. Just for example, there are huge crater sized pot holes throughout the driveway/parking lot, which they apparently have no intention of ever fixing. They won't even patch them! Roach Infested!! Went to see apartments and the model looked great. Then paid our application fee, went back the following week to see if we were approved and they said we were denied for non-payment. Also that we owed another place in town but we just moved here from IL and had never rented from anyone in Memphis. We signed the lease on 12/27. I just moved I recently just moved from these apartments and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. The maintenance is very poor. The office staff are very rude and the community is very nasty. My apartment got flooded out and it took them a month to come out so they can fix the water damage. Then they got rude with me like it was my fault. The lake is polluted, they throw stoves and washer machines in it.
Do not live here!! I wouldn't suggest anybody to live here. Maintenance takes forever as in months to fix things. Staff lies and are not professional. They have rats and roaches. I will not be renewing my lease.
this apartment community is the worse i've lived in. the staff in these apts, are very unprofessional, they take nothing into consideration, of importance, they give lame excuses,when called to repair something in the apts. the maint. crew hangs around talking to each other instead of fixing the property, you cannot get anything done in a timely manner, its disgraceful the way the tenants are treated by the staff, you pay your rent, and that's all they seem to be interested in, call for something to be repaired, and it take ... read more

you will regret this year if you sign! A total nightmare!! Everyone tried to warn me previously to me moving in…I have so many issues I can’t put in a small summary ( so I will try and sum up.) I was lured in under the fact they were under new owners and supposedly renovating. Renovating turned out to be a lie, they rather removed fifty year old appliance and replaced with very cheap appliances and stained cabinets and put down new carpet…so they made the place look decent.
