HORRIBLE. My apartment speed bumps are too big . They scrap the bottom of my car. When I first moved in the apartment smelled like wet clothes for over a month before they changed the carpet. After they changed the carpet the RUDE people upstairs flooded my carpet AGAIN . every day and night they stomp over and over constantly none stop. Making sweaky nosies. Terrible management They are understaffed when it comes to maintenance. A/c been out for 3 weeks and no sign of fixing it. Go to the office they tell you there's nothing they can do since the request is already in the system. They won't fix stuff on time but they want their money on time. Kinda backwards. Very unprofessional. They treat you like lowdown family members instead of paying customers. DO NOT MOVE TO EDEN AT WATERSEDGE!!!!
My Apartment I have had an exceptional experience in my apartment so far. A lot of space for the price. I finally feel like I'm in a home and not just a place to stay.
peaceful EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE IS SO HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WHEN I SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR ANYTHING IT GETS DONE IN QUICK TIMING. THANKS YOU GUYS
cheap area, lousy tennant Off of a busy side street in Hickory Hill township. Tennants are lousy. Some complain of break-ins, I have no complains of such.Lived here nearly a year and am disappointed.Constant low rumble bass and noisy traffic,despite noise regulations.Constant bickering and fighting outside.Gunshots and loud noises heard constantly at night but nothing is done.Repairs take awhile to get done, you have to complain multiple times.A/C is ages old and takes forever to cool the units, driving up your power bill.Un... read more
affordable comfortable living Theo in the rental office was very helpful during the rental process. I am totally happy with my studio apartment. Very convenient to my work. I'm glad something like this in my price range was available.
poor service I hate these apartments, the model apartment looks better than any other apartment ober here, because we moved into the apartment that was suppose to look like the model one, and when we moved in we didn't have a refrigerator or a stove, the tub was painted over dirt, the floors were a mess, and the central air was non existing, the people who work in the office have attitudes as if they pay you rent when you tell them you have a problem with something, and I stayed in a hot house for 2 weeks with my new born ba... read more
