nice people – Very Creative custom made bands for us: The owner and Jeweler Anne gave us a lot of her time to explore ways to make custom wedding bands. We were really pleased with results and even more with after service when she resized one band for us. NIce people. we would go back for other things.

Will make your nightmares come true, not your dreams – Edelweiss will make your nightmares come true, not your dreams. Anne probably has not had the difficulties in the past which she has now. Unfortunately, in the business of making wedding rings, there isn't a lot of room for error. She doesn't like to say "no" to customers; at least, not at the outset. Custom jewelry in Berkeley – My partner love's jewelry and Edelweiss has been one of her favorites since it opened. Recently, we had another good experience and she purchased a lovely art deco style pendant. This is a wonderful store and the owner makes some beautiful, quality jewelry. My wife has a necklace, bracelet and other jewelry al from this store. SHe also loves the ability to create her own unique pieces by working with the owner/manufacturer. Highly recommended--check it out.

Poor quality jewelry and bad service – I really, really wish that I had had a decent experience with Edelweiss Jewelers. It was/is so bad that when I look at my engagement ring I feel frustrated not happy.... The ring was way overpriced (our fault for buying it - I know) but the quality has turned out to be beyond shabby. The setting fell apart.... the diamonds are cloudy... and another jeweler advised me not to wear it until I have costly repairs done. How does this place stay in business? Disorganized and unprofessional – I brought two wedding rings in; both needed inscriptions. After three weeks wihtout a call, I called to check and was told they'd be ready that Saturday. They only have one ring done, and she tries to tell me that the other ring wasn't supposed to be engraved. I whip put my receipt (which is a carbon, she has original) and there they are, the instructions. So sorry! I'll have it done by Tuesday.
