Edelen Custom Doors & Windows We called Edelen to come to our home as one of our garage door springs broke and we couldn't get our garage open very easily. They were out very fast and fixed it within a half hour. We were very impressed with the service call and willd definitely call them again if needed.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! We got a referral from the guys redoing our pool to use these guys for the custom gate and fence we wanted. The beginning process was great, easy to talk to the guys, they would return my calls. 4 years later, here we are with a BROKEN gate control. We have had Tim Gehrig (gate operations manager) come out at least three times a year since we've had it to replace the master board and many other various things on the LIFT MASTER gate opener. all doors and windows when we were remodelling our house we had edelen handle all the doors and windows. when we asked for a quote we got a very good deal from them. their workers were always very friendly and took care to make sure that the windows and doors were installed to our satisfaction.reliable.

This is a great company to work with. Their owners and employees have been in the business for several decades and really know the ins and outs of window and door installation and product benefits. I highly recommend you check with them if you are considering windows and or doors for your home. I have purchased from them time and time again.
The springs broke on our garage door. My father had used Edelen in the past, so I gave them a call. They seemed knowledgeable and professional over the phone so I felt comfortable setting an appointment with them for two days later. "Kevin" pulled in to the driveway and seemed ill at ease from the start. Because the garage door was not working I had to walk him through the house to get to the garage. I just had some construction work done by Edelen Doors and Windows. They sent Darien and Robert out to do the work. Darien did a fabulous job installing and moving my front door. The job was flawless!!! I am sooo pleased! Would definitely call them again for any more work I need! Way to go Edelen!!!
