Edel Family is Clearly the way to go in Washington Heights!! – I recently purchased an apartment In Washington Heights from EFM. the building is well kept and neighbors good people, if you are looking for a well maintained and a favorable population than EFM is the company for you. Their service and employee's are unmatched in the area. Horrible people, horrible experience. – It's hard to put it any clearer than the other reviewers have when you consider what living is like at one of the Edel Family properties. They are ethically challenged to say the least. Furthermore, they will take your money; then, they will take your dignity. Be careful and look elsewhere. People as greedy as these illuminate the unfortunate fact that man can be a sick animal.
What did you all finally wind up doing? – I am currently renting from Edel and cannot get Allen's last name- I fear I will be having to deal with this soon...
