not have someones truck for 5 weeks listen I get waiting on parts because covid messed everything up but others things should have been done while waiting. I have been a ford person my whole life always went to ford dealership and I have never had this much problem before. thing need to be changed
Worst experience ever. Had them”fix a problem that requires my dash to be removed over a year ago. I have been fighting them since to FIX issues that start the day after I picked it up from them removing my dash. They patch a small problem ignore the rest and call it “financial assistance” instead of calling it “correcting our mistake”. I no longer have my back up camera and my Bluetooth ify at best. Do NOT trust them. According to Tanner everything is an “unfortunate problem with this model car”.

RecommendedChristie and Shawn were amazing to work with!! I’ve had terrible experiences with dealerships in the past but they went above and beyond to make our car buying experience perfect!! I was nervous about upsizing from a Ford Explorer to a Lincoln Navigator but Christie helped me overcome that fear and I’m SO happy I listened to her! I love love love my Lincoln Navigator!
I needed an oil change on my 2006 Mercury Milan a few days back and they did it for me, along with a tire rotation and a few other things as part of the luxury package. I believe it was Cameron (?) who sold me the package. He was very kind and explained everything that they would be doing with my car and about how long I would be waiting.
