My frustration is with the staff! They were not the most professional, attentive and effective staff that you would want to encounter prior to seeing the doctor. That first interaction is what sets you at ease that you will receive A1 care starting at checkin all the way through checkout. I had shoulder surgery today at their outpatient surgical center. Torn rotator cuff, Labrum repair, bicep tendon repair, and bone spur removed. Every aspect of my care, from the first visit to today has been phenomenal. DR. Echols and his entire team are incredibly professional, caring and thorough.
