We are a scratch kitchen and cook everything fresh everyday. We specialize in Fresh fish (usually Mahi/Salmon or Snapper) we placed in the Oklahoma City wing cook-off two years in a row. Our Cajun Chicken pasta is arguably the best in the country. We have a full bar and a great T.V. package. Come check us out. Every bit of feedback is "this is not what we expected"

Great food, great atmosphere, great service!! Definitely a new hang out spot!! Anything there with the work Cajan in the title is going to rock!!
All the dishes are great, the service is fantastic, and Eddie is always there to make sure everything is running smooth! Now my favorite place to eat on Edmond!
I've been to Eddie's twice already and I am very impressed with the selection and the quality of the food. I would recommend the Flat Iron Steak
Ive had a few of the dishes, Burgers, Cajun pasta, blackened chicken alfredo, wings, fried green beans, spinach and artichoke dip (which is crazy crazy good), salmon, glazed carrots, mashed potatoes, and they are all AMAZING!! Cant wait to go back honestly!
My Uncle doesn't know what the word "bored" means. If you're bored go find something to do, go be constructive, go chase your dreams, go better yourself, go better your financial situation, go meet new people, go network, DO SOMETHING & BE SOMEBODY. Hardest working man in America. Can't wait to see the finished product
