I received a prompt email response to my CarGurus' inquiry, set up an appointment for the following day; was greeted by the salesperson; had a nice experience with her; then the GM tried to renege on the CarGurus advertised price. I almost walked out, I was so mad. Then another salesman came in and told me they would honor the advertised price which they should have done in the first place. I bought the automobile. Would have received a five star review but for the shenanigans the GM tried to pull.
