Sold me a "certified" car with bad breaks, wipers and tires, then wouldn't reimburse me for the tires until I threatened to sue as we neared the 2 year mark. Then they sold my info to warranty sites (but I stopped that.) Made unavoidable service appt on their website yesterday. No answer at service phone this morning. Arrived to find my "confirmed" appt. doesn't even exist. Never told they have a shuttle until today. How many hours have I wasted waiting? They have NO respect for your time.
