I used the service department last week to deal with some warranty issues and other small problems. Scheduling an appointment was easy and communications were very good. Quality service is back at Eddie Tourelle.
For the most part my experience has been good. At times I’ve had to wait longer than I feel you should have to. But my visit On Friday, 03/20/20 was handled in a very timely manner.
