We’ve been to Eddie Merlot’s several times, but this time we were really disappointed. We went at prime time, 7:00 reservations for our anniversary. They were fully booked. They sat us in the bar area, so we were not too happy with the table, but understood the COVID seating restrictions. Our waitress was pleasant and took our order promptly. RecommendedI have never had Bison with so much flavor. The sides were excellent....the server and service was great. 90 min drive was worth the trip. Just wish I'd have got dessert
