Overall things were good. Food was amazing and service was great! One disappointment was we were there celebrating 2 birthdays (father/son). When we walked in they asked if we were celebrating a birthday (obviously, I put it in the reservation). The server wished the guys happy birthday when we sat down...all nice. I cannot believe that nothing is offered for a birthday treat! After spending close to $400 I would have thought that at least the piece of cake or $4 scoop of ice cream could have been thrown in. I used to like Longhorn Steakhouse for my steaks and good meals, but Eddie Merlot's is by far greater than Longhorn Steakhouse. This restaurant is like a aged glass of wine. It is a Hollywood type of place as being upscale in every way. Great food and very knowledgeable waiters and friendly hostesses. 5 STAR QUALITY RESTAURANT.
Just celebrated our 1 year anniversary at Eddie’s. Best food and service we’ve ever received at a restaurant. Our waiter David was awesome! Thank you to Mr Eno for making our special day we will never forget!

Not impressed. The waitress was really sweet and the steak was good, but my husband's soup had crab shell pieces in it that he almost cracked his teeth on. Then the manager asked if he wanted a new bowl of it. No thanks!!! And they brought us the wrong check and it took almost 20 minutes to bring it to someone's attention. Then when we asked for our dessert to be wrapped to take home, we wound up with a box of someone else's half-chewed shrimp. I get that mistakes happen, but we don't splurge on going out much. Atmosphere excellent. Service impeccable. Food - great taste. Steaks were a bit undercooked, but great steak. Awesome fresh baked bread to start. Only big disappointment was scalloped potatoes were crunchy on the raw side - great flavor though.
