My daughters took me there for my birthday dinner, my first time there. We had to wait for 1 1/2 hours to get our food. It finally was served by the manager and he told us that the entire meal was on the house. The waiter was awesome, and even though we had to wait for a long time for the food, we didn't expect not to pay for anything. You redeemed yourself in a big way.
Not only is the food fabulous and the atmosphere very high end, but the manager and staff were beyond what you would expect! Such friendly, courteous and welcoming people! Our experience was unforgettable in a very positive way! Now if only we could afford to come back!
