I have ordered parts from Randy in parts for 20 years. Always very helpful
I recived the parts in person yesterday in the hope of reparing some things today. However, I recived a broken/split garnish that renders it unusable. So now only 2/3 parts are usuable and I must wait for days.
I have a 1991 Honda prelude and went in looking for some parts. I knew ahead of time they were most likely not going to have anything for my car. I was right, but the person helping me got me all the part numbers so I could source the part elsewhere.
Customer service here is pathetic. Took over 5 1/2 hours to run a diagnostic.
The employees here are very rude and quite frankly not knowledgeable about their job at all. Called to have a new display screen and radio installed. I was told, “We don’t do that you have to go to Best Buy.” So to get clarification I repeated that I had to go to Best Buy to fix a vehicle I purchased from Honda in May. They then proceeded to hang up. Following their advice, I connected with Best Buy.
