Nice folks. We went back and forth a bit. My experienced soured because the deal changed from the agreement letter I had sent earlier. Not a material change but still a change. Would I shop here again? Yes. With my other Honda I definitely had mixed experiences with the maintenance side of the business. I know most, if not all dealerships, up sell when you bring a car in for service-but a few times here it was pretty heavy handed. To the point I did not trust what I was being told. Great experience purchasing our vehicle
Not bad for last minute service! I change my oil every 5K miles, as often as possible on my 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid EX. Why? Because my previous much older vehicles: -A 1990 Accord reached 307,194 miles. -A 1999 Camry reached 292,504 miles. -A 1992 Lexus ES reached 249,710 miles. All of them manage to reach those mileage objectives, pre- synthetic oil introduction, without any engine related issues, when I changed it every 3K miles. This review is to everyone of the inaccurate and horrible service department they have here. So the a c on the 2020 honda civic type r has an extended warranty. My pump went out in my compressor and I took it to them to check if I fell under the warranty as you know they said no then they told me I had black death. And told me my car that only had 50 .000 miles on it would need a whole AC over haul and said it would cost about 8.000 for a whole new system.
