I've come to this place several times for repair and maintenance. My two most recent visits have been misleading and sketchy. The first visit I came in for a general diagnostic test leading to a part replacement. I was told that I'd be charged if I wanted to keep the replacement. I said fine, you can keep replacement part so I won't get charged. When I pick up my car the next day, I see I was still charged the part fee on the receipt. I told the manager and got it correct. My recent visit to Ed Voyles Honda was great. I was in need of brakes for my car, cared for my safety, made sure to be able to make doctor's appointments, and felt important. Many educators are on the move, sometimes never taking time to take a breath for themselves.
