Absolutely horrible experience! They wanted to lease us a “new” car with rips and tears. When they tried fixing it, they damaged more areas of the car. DO NOT GO HERE. This is a horrible representation of Cadillac, and they should be ashamed.
I had the absolute BEST experience getting my car here. Malik Johnson was amazing from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, communicative, and able to negotiate terms that worked for me. His manager Gabe was equally great to work with. The process was quick, efficient, and painless. When I picked up my car, Alan took the time to walk me through every detail and he was truly delightful. The three of them, especially Malik, made the entire experience outstanding. I could not recommend this dealership enough!!
