So, I bought a 2020 Nissan Altima at Andy Mohr Avon Nissan. I am due for my first complementary service. I called them to ask about having that transferred to Ed Martin in Anderson. Andy Mohr Nissan Avon said they always honor other dealers’ first complementary service, (yes, even if the car was purchased from a different Nissan dealer). I am very disappointed in Ed Martin Nissan of Anderson, because they won’t do that. This even after I’ve already had some front body work done here in Anderson. Great place to buy a car. They have treated me very well. Love my new Nissan!
The Salesman, Mike Bullard, was great....very helpful and not pushy at all. He let me decide if I wanted the Jeep instead of telling me I should get it. It was a good deal I and came home with it two days later.
