So, I bought a 2020 Nissan Altima at Andy Mohr Avon Nissan. I am due for my first complementary service. I called them to ask about having that transferred to Ed Martin in Anderson. Andy Mohr Nissan Avon said they always honor other dealers’ first complementary service, (yes, even if the car was purchased from a different Nissan dealer). My Nissan Frontier stopped running as I entered I-69 in Anderson. I live 120 miles away. AAA towed me to Ed Martin. I thought "great" this is going to take a week and cost me a fortune. From the minute I walked in the experience was really pleasant. Service Manager Kevin Wall did say it might take a couple of days butt hat he would do his best. Ed Martin Nissan of Anderson has the best customer service, hands down. I will never go to another Nissan dealer to purchase a vehicle or to have service done. They have taken very good care of my family and our vehicles over the years.
I have purchased my last 4 cars here and they treated me great.
I go here exclusively for their service department. Kevin and all the guys in the shop are great. This service department is one of the best ones out there.
