Came in to look at an Accord. Salesman met me in the parking lot, showed me a few options. I told him my wants/preferences. We went inside and looked at some on his computer. He took my name and number and wrote it down on a piece of paper. He said he’d reach out with some options and I never received one call or text. I bought a car at Ray Skillman and am very happy with my purchase!

Great experience! I knew exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle, Scott Miller ordered it up, and it got delivered on time. Was introduced to all the features of my new ride (well, most of them) on delivery and given helpful links to more info. The whole process was smooth and personalized. Hoping my new 2026 Civic SI lasts a good long while, but when I need a new one, I may be back!

I am taking the time to write this because I wanted to acknowledge the excellent customer service of Scott in the sales process. He was terrific to work with. I want to point out that I am taking the time to write this even though I ended up purchasing from another dealership. The critical deciding factor was the other dealership is close to my home and Scott's dealership is 75 miles away.
