Towed our car there to get a key made for it, because we lost the only key we had. The key didn't come in the day it was supposed to, so they said they'd make us a free spare- until we got there and they said it was $200. And they'd been driving the car around and messing with it, when it was only there for a key. Very disrespectful and rude- won't be back.
I took my 2006 Dodge Charger with 53,000 miles there because of it stalling out when you try to accelerate quickly. The service department was some the rudest and most disrespectful people I have dealt with in a long time. I felt like I was bothering them just by being there. I will NEVER buy anything there or take my vehicle there again. I will also make sure I tell everyone I know about how I was treated there.
