RecommendedJake in the service dept is awesome. We broke down last night (Sunday) while visiting our lake house north of Greenville. We live an hour and a half away. We called 1st thing Mon am and he was able to get us in first thing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had our vehicle back the next day. We will be moving to the area in the Spring and now we know where we will be shopping for our next vehicle.

Spent almost 2 days at the dealership to choose a new car. If you like test driving then go here. If you like your questions being answered, to have the salesperson attention, your requested tarde in value actually giving to you, if you like to have someone pick up your phone calls, and not be lied to, do NOT go here! They are too busy for you. Too busy on their phones, eating every hour, and playing video games on their computers!
We are very upset with Dodge! We were treated poorly! Oil change was half done, no fluids were topped off, no new sticker and no reset. Took them 10 hours to do a oil change and a tire rotation! There's also no communication unless I was the one calling.
Awful. Spend your money elsewhere! Sales team lied twice, got caught in lie, blamed another rep for the lie, two messages left for finance guy, unreturned. And three emails to another sales rep unreturned. Obviously they didn't want our business! I will NOT beg a dealership for business. Deur Speet in Fremont was more than happy to help!
