Low price appraisal for new construction in a hot market. Under fair market value. $35,000 below pre-construction estimate and almost 200 sq ft less than the builder’s figure.
He totally low balled my appraisal in 2017. Didn’t even use pictures of my property, he had them obviously mixed up with someone else’s. The figure he gave shock me and comparative houses were smaller and older?! WTH? I didn’t know that I could have disputed it at time. Or I would have! If he’s the one doing your appraisal have it changed, you have the right. P.S. would have given NO stars if I could have.
He came to do an inspection of the apartment building we live in. He was very rude and unprofessional. He refused to take his shoes off and seemed to go out of his way to step on our belongings and our son's toys. We had to ask him to leave because he would not stop stepping on our things or take his shoes off. Other people in the apartment building did not even let him in to their apartments because he was so unprofessional and treated us so poorly.
Very professional - worked with the Blake co multiple times and always a great experience.
