Congenital Liars and Con-artists. Crooks - plain and simple. They did our original roof 23 yrs ago and they were great, which is why we called them back. Wow, how this business has gone downhill. They will come out immediately and take your money but the materials will never show up and Ron Pasowicz will lie to you in every phone call. Luckily we used a credit card for the deposit and had to file a dispute to get our money back. Stay away!
Purchased our home in the month of August of 2020. The previous owner had a new rood installed a month before we closed. We tried to contact Herion Roofing to come out because we noticed water stains after the snow melted off the roof. The phone number listed on the proposal is disconnected. Does anyone have an alternative number for them?
I used Herion 6 years ago to stain my cedar roof. They did a nice job at that time. Last year Ron called and reminded me it had been 5 years and to see if I wanted to repair any broken shakes and re-stain my roof. It was early October 2019 and I sent him $1,900 advance to put me on the schedule as soon as possible. It was a rainy fall and i followed up in November and he told me they would be out first thing in the spring of 2020.
