Eco water has been the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve given them so much time and patience and they have repetitively done worse and worse as time has gone on. Inside of their company they have no ability to communicate to their workers. 3 times now, the technicians have shown up at our house not prepared for the work we have asked for. We have used the services of Ecowater Systems since the 1990's when they put in our first well-water treatment system. Recently they put in a modern system for us. Here is what we know: The owner, Roger is an honest, ridiculously hard-working man who is extremely knowledgeable about his field and can fix almost anything. I was gaffed off for 8 months, by this business, after making an appointment, he no showed twice,, when my well was running in the night for no reason, I called and told him If he couldnt do it I'd call someone else, he said he could do it and that I needed a new pump,, he quated me a price,.,he came out late while I was at wrk. He then left me a message saying my pump was fine, but charged me 2 hundred less than his quoted price for a new pump. and all he did was change the resin, if that.
