Extremely rude to customers. Not flexible with your schedule. Either their schedule with a 3 hour estimate period of when they might show up. Not good on communication if they are going to be 2 hours late or 2 hours early. Blocked my driveway as I was needing to leave to go back to work. I asked a guy nicely if they could move their truck so I can leave (after they were late showing up) he talked to another guy and the response I received back was, "she is going to have to wait, not our fault she has to leave."
