They were prompt on the scheduled day and delivered on all of our agreement. Very responsive customer service, Jay Cardoso went above and beyond to answer my questions and also meet my needs. The only concern is you ought to supervise their work a bit - especially the actual doers of the work. In my case, one area I didn?t get time to check, they didn?t put the water pipes underground, just left them on my mulch exposed. Hoping they would stop by to fix that!

The whole process was great, from receiving a thorough estimate and the design session to the complete installation, I was impressed with the company and its crew. I solicited five bids for my job, and although there were some quotes that were a bit lower, I felt more comfortable with EcoSystems for my irrigation project.

I had high hopes for Ecosystems because I had plans for a sprinkler system and outdoor lighting. The office staff is top notch in responsiveness and customer service but it pretty much stops there. Had them out to install a sprinkler system. They left a massive cut tree root behind a tree and large stones and blocks they unearthed across the lawn. Very reliable. We set an appointment in one call, they showed up on time and did a comprehensive walkthrough of the proposal. They placed valves and controller where I needed them and answered any questions I had during installation. They recommended one inch of water a week but were not able to tell me how long I needed to water so I had to do my own measurements.
