John came by to give an estimate. Very prompt, courteous and knowledageable. Once hired, Dan was in constant contact to guide us through the process, which Ecosystems has down to a script...they are very organized. Day of the job, Jason and his crew were very polite and considerate (job was done during the pandemic and everyone wore their masks). Very nice customer service and installation was in a timely fashion amidst the COVID Situations.
Cut my tv cable, cut my phone wire in 3 spots and punctured my pool return line Layout of sprinkler heads is fine the system works great but the work itself was just terrible. Yes all wires were marked by the utility companies
They were very prompt and cleaned up the area when the job was completed
They did a good job but felt like they didn t treat my property like it was their own. I had to do work after they left to get my property back to it s original form. They cracked a paver they dug close to my my fence post and caused my fence to lean. They put in a green box in the floor and it s not symmetrical. Looks like it s slightly twisted. They drilled a hole in my stucco and sealed it with a white putty where my stucco is beige. And there where humps in my lawn that I had to level. Other then that the sprinklers work... read more
